This old pub is a little dated in its appearance, yet the beer is cold and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. - Sami Cooke Added August 13, 2019★ ★ ★ ★ ★The Plough Inn is really a treat to visit. The views are spectacular from the back beer garden and the food is definitely something to rave about. I had the glazed salmon for dinner with a sticky date pudding for desert. My partner had the curry chicken. We were so impressed! It honestly was like eating at a five star restaurant.

My husband had a burger and chips, which he said was OK, and I had deep fried duck spring rolls with an interesting sauce. I preferred them with sweet chilli sauce, and didn't taste very much duck! They also came with a little side salad, which was nice. We wouldn't race back there, but as I said - was typical pub food and not overly expensive. $13.90 for the burger and $9.90 for the 3 spring rolls, which were an entree.
